Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Cornmeal
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 6-8 Large Green Tomatoes cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions
- Mix flour, cornmeal, salt & pepper in shallow dish.
- Coat tomatoes with flour mixture.
- Heat oil in skillet over high heat until hot.
- Saute tomatoes in hot oil just until brown on both sides; reduce heat.
- Cook, covered until tender; drain.
- Serve immediately
